Your data stays on your device
NoBeep is built around one principle: your recovery data is yours alone. Your streak count, blocker configuration, journal entries, and usage patterns are stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store this information on any server.
What we collect
NoBeep collects only the minimum technical data required to keep the app functional and improve it:
- Crash reports — anonymous, aggregated crash data to fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is included.
- Basic analytics — anonymous usage patterns (e.g. which features are used most) to improve the product. No tracking of individual behavior.
Accessibility Service (Android)
On Android, NoBeep uses the Accessibility Service solely to power the content blocker. This service detects when a blocked app or website is opened and displays a block screen. It does not read, record, or transmit any content from your screen. You can disable this permission at any time in your device settings.
No account required
NoBeep does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or sign in. You can use the full app without sharing any personal information.
Third-party services
The app may include integrations with the Google Play Store and Apple App Store for purchases. These platforms have their own privacy policies. NoBeep does not share your data with any other third parties.
Children's privacy
NoBeep is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
